Title- “Get these Spring Specials NOW”- the ad promotes mail-in offers for seeds and bulbs with Gracie Allen as a shill.  Allen was a singer, actress, and comedian who became internationally famous as the zany partner and comic foil of her husband George Burns.

History- edited from Wikipedia- Rinso was one of the first mass-marketed soap powders.  It was advertised widely on United States radio, being the sponsor of many popular radio programs.  The product's advertisements happily chanted the slogan "Rinso white, Rinso bright" and boasted that Rinso contained "Solium, the sunlight ingredient".  The product's claim to better rinsing was due to its incorporation of sodium silicate rather than, or in addition to, the more commonly used sodium carbonate.

Dimensions- 10¼ x 14 inches.

Condition- Excellent.
