Title - “Make it yourself exactly as the soda clerk does” 

History- according to information I could find from Dennis Smith online Mavis originated in the 1920's as a chocolate drink sold in a chain of Baltimore candy stores owned by Charles Guth.  Guth, who at one time owned the Pepsi-Cola company, went his own way but the candy company continued the Mavis chocolate drink and added Mavis Cola. 

Dimensions- 5 ½ x 13 ½ inches.

Condition- Excellent.
