History- edited from Wikipedia- The Vauxhall Victor was a large family car produced by British automaker Vauxhall from 1957 until 1976. The Victor briefly became Britain's most exported car, with sales in markets as far flung as the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Asian right-hand drive markets, such as India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. In Canada, the Victor was sold through Pontiac/Buick dealerships and in the United States by Pontiac dealers (since Vauxhall had been part of GM from 1925).
